Wonderful stay for a PR trip with the family! Enjoyed the jacuzzi and liked having a family dinner inside and outside. Comfy beds and very clean place! Truly a relaxing and very nice place to call home on a PR vacation!

I had an amazing stay here and felt right at home. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and with the gate and front door lock. The place was impeccably clean and prepared for my stay. I also found the bed super comfortable which is something I’ve noticed is hard to find at most rentals. The room was perfect for days I wanted to sleep-in as well because the curtains kept the room nice and dark. The instructions around the house are helpful and when I called Felix to ask about check-in, he was more than helpful to assist me and he assured I can call 24/7 whenever I needed. I enjoyed being close to shopping areas and the town square where the nightlife is. The pool was fantastic as well but I only swam in it once because the weather was rainy while I was visiting, overall it was nice and warm when I got to swim in it. I hope to be able to visit again soon! Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a relaxing stay!

Michael's property is located in a vibrant and exciting area of San Juan. The home itself is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Directly across the street is a rooftop bar offering stunning views—an ideal spot to unwind. Additionally, the mini-mart next door serves food and coffee; Jaime, the cook, was especially welcoming and provided excellent local recommendations. The private parking spot was a major plus, especially since we used our rental car to explore the area, including trips into Old San Juan. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Juan.

Hector is the best host ever! I stayed at his place for my birthday trip, and he truly went above and beyond for me. He's very responsive, and his place is close to everything you need. The instructions were super easy to follow, which made my first airbnb experience smooth and stress-free. The space felt cozy, safe, and full of good energy the whole time. I can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful airbnb with parking. Plenty of space and it looked just like the pictures / description. A big plus were the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. It’s walking distance to the beach and my favorite bakery. The host sent several recommendations of things to do / places to eat. Would definitely come back to this airbnb. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

Our experience at Carmen’s property was like no other. The home exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space to spread out so we never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to walk outside each morning and take in the gorgeous views. We will miss sitting in the unique pool and gathering on the porches listening to the jungle sounds at night. Carmen is the very definition of a Superhost - thoughtful, responsive, and truly dedicated to making her guests' stay exceptional. She personally met with us when we arrived to show us all the amenities of the house and had local snacks ready to start us off. Her restaurant recommendations were also appreciated. We all agreed that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and spacious retreat.

Honestly it’s easy to write a 5 star review when you have experienced what I did here. Puerto Rico is known for its welcoming people and Tommy was amazing. From start to finish he was attentive and helped out anyway he could. He made fantastic recommendations, you have any question just ask him. From learning his background a little it made sense why he was so happy and joyful to help and show everyone a great time. Next time I plan a trip to San Juan I will be looking here again. The convenience mixed in with his help is worth its weight in gold.

Solmari's place was a beautiful hidden gem of a space. It truly is perfect for one to two people and I absolutely could tell the thought and care that was put into the design of the space. It was was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I felt safe the whole time being a solo, female traveler. Pay close attention her instructions for entering the security gate and then to the house. My Uber drivers had some trouble getting to me but I was able to share her instructions to help. The indoor and outdoor hammocks are super charming and bonus- there are some beautiful cats on the property! I will definitely book with her again.

Nadia's listing was absolutely outstanding in every sense! Spotless. Exactly as described. It was a perfect stay for two persons with all the essential amenities you'll need for a pleasant stay. The Bayamon area is an easily manageable urban community just minutes from the airport (you can get there in less than 30 minutes in almost any period of the day) and easy accessible to almost anywhere. I consider the location a great jump-off point to anywhere you want to go around the island. The immediate neighborhood where the studio (we stayed in #3) is located is quite quiet with very little or no dogs barking all night long (although it seems everyone in the neighborhood has a dog). We felt quite safe and comfortable walking the neighborhood for a short 1 mile walk on a couple of evenings during our stay. Overall, a great stay, location, and listing. We loved it!

Our stay was everything and more! Hosts were proactive in responding to needs and accommodating. Old San Juan is a beautiful place to stay to explore and enjoy the culture of Puerto Rico. Its a very central location and walkable. Definitely would recommend!

I loved my stay here. It's a very nice house; I felt at home in my hometown of Gurabo. The place is close to everything: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, and the highway. Thank you, Yessenia, for your kindness, communication, and the cozy home.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The first thing I noticed was how impeccably clean everything was—It passed our dust test haha. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Roberto, likely the groundskeeper/maintenance person, was super helpful and willing to help with additional questions. Always willing to answer any questions at any time. The space itself was also incredibly cozy and well thought out. Thoughtful touches like soft lighting but adequate, quality towels, and fresh linen. We felt safe. Parking nearby was reasonably priced with 24hr in and out access. The local “noise” was super tolerable as the bars close by 1-2am by law. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay! Omar, your place is absolutely stunning and allowed us to tap into our Bori roots.

our stay was absolutely amazing. The place looks exactly like the pictures – the views are stunning, the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the whole vibe is just so peaceful and comfortable. Our host (Tom) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations (he literally has a binder with food recommendations, beaches and activities). You can really tell tom cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything you want to see in Puerto Rico, and the property itself is like a little slice of paradise. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities and more, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and very comfortable. My host was incredibly sweet and always quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, and when I needed to take an Uber, they were super affordable (the most I paid was around $10). I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Carol was a great host, and the place was just like the photos! The view was fantastic, the apartment was new, modern and super clean. The location was great as it was close to everything, many restaurants and beaches, all walkable. We miss it already, as we had such a great time. Definitely highly recommend!

Carolina’s apartment was very beautiful, as soon as we walked in we were blown away by the view. The living room balcony and the windows in the bedroom were amazing and provided a very nice breeze, there is also AC which was nice after long beach days. The room is literally a 2 min walk away from Condado beach, super accessible to many restaurants, beaches and amazing sights. Ubers are super cheap in this area, no need to worry if Ubers are your transportation for your trip. Carolina was an excellent host she was responsive, friendly and super accommodating when she was able to. She provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and other things you may need for your trip. Definitely would recommend this air bnb and would return when in PR

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!
