El nivel de calidez con los visitantes es de otro nivel; una experiencia que recomiendo porque son muy transparentes y amables con los visitantes, espacio limpio y muy tranquilo. No sentimos haber estado lejos de casa. Infinitas gracias.

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

Una estadía breve pero muy cómoda. El lugar tiene todo lo publicado y en perfecto estado. Está muy bien ubicado para moverse caminando por el Poblado. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos.

Had a great two week stay! The place is exactly how the pictures describe it. Not the largest Airbnb in the world but definitely was worth the money! The roof had a great view of the city and it was within walking distance of everything in el poblado. My only note on the location is that it is in a quiet part of the neighborhood. You’ll walk on a well lit road for about a block and a half without seeing many other people walking at night. This walk never felt unsafe but it did keep me on my toes.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just what we expected. It’s in a convenient location, easy to walk to nearby malls and shops. We had no trouble getting Ubers; drivers found the address quickly and without issues. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend.

Es alojamiento es un lugar muy agradable, cómodo y super aseado. La zona tiene variedad de restaurantes con excelentes precios, y aún más agradable, queda al interior de un conjunto residencial súper tranquilo y muy seguro. La Sra. Milvia estuvo muy atenta de nuestra comodidad todos los días, y nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones para aprovechar al máximo la ubicación. Totalmente recomendado👌🏼

El lugar es muy bonito cerca del Mall Santa Fe, caminando unos 5 minutos. si hace tours lo recogen ahi mismo. Go Living Suite tiene muchas amenidades y restaurant. recomendado.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, el edificio es como si fuera un hotel, cuenta con cafetería, por cierto el cafe es excelente, una tienda para comprar cosas básicas, gimnasio y recepción 24 horas con seguridad. La habitación es muy cómoda, limpia con lo necesario para estar a gusto. En los alrededores no es para salir a caminar con bares o cafes, pero, tomando Uber que es muy económico estás a pocos minutos de todos los lugares. Caminando si se encuentra el centro comercial Santa Fe que tiene un Supermercado y buenas tiendas. Recomiendo este anfitrion! :)

Super buenas personas , estuvieron pendientes a mi en todo el departamento muy limpio & agradable me senti como en casa todo el tiempo , el lugar super bien , cerca con acceso a muchos restaurantes muy bonita zona para caminar

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

Juan's place is in the middle of the action and close to everything you need with a great view from the balcony! Friendly staff and a nice restaurant downstairs!

una estadía de 5 estrellas!!. Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!
