Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guatemala City

Juan was such an amazing host. He was very responsive, gave great suggestions to local eateries and outings, and was flexible with helping store luggage upon departure. The listing is exactly as described, with wonderful amenities and restaurants and shops in walking distance. The attendants at the concierge desk were also helpful in facilitating our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better host and stay for my first time in Guatemala City. I plan on coming back and rebooking with Juan, because my experience was so amazing. 5 Stars all around!

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . Es una casa muy cómoda y en una muy buena ubicación

Tuvimos problemas un poco para el ingreso por que íbamos en carros separados con mis familiares por las normas de la residencial , pero se movieron rápido y nos ayudaron sin tema lo demás súper bien limpio , buena ubicación todo muy tranquilo

El lugar estaba super limpio, seguro y centrico. Muy cerca de Antigua Guatemala. Definitivamente regresariamos. La casa esta bien equipada para cocinar, lavar y descansar. La host estuvo siempre atenta y lista para respondernos cualquier duda. El internet estaba estable en toda la casa. Es un plus que tengan la opcion de conectar ethernet en el segundo nivel. Si buscan trabajar remoto con tranquilidad este lugar es perfecto

I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone! It was like a home away from home with everything I needed for my stay. The host was amazing and incredibly accommodating. I was worried about having no ac but the location does not need it. There is always a fresh breeze and it was never to cold or to hot. I loved the decor so much I bought myself similar items at a local shop. This is a great distance from the center of Antigua if you plan of visiting but would like a little privacy. We even because familiar with a local restaurant with a great family that runs it. If you turn right out the main gate and walk down a little bit it is on your right. The decor is super cute and the food is amazing!! If you are looking for a place this is it!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Every detail was thought of and very much apreciated- fans, soap, cotton pads, sugar, water. Our stay was comfortable and quite enjoyable. We hope to be back soon.

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!
