In this compact but well planned apartment you are in the centre of Guatemala City, close to everything. The apartment has a terrace with plenty of space for grilling/eating outside and a fully equipped kitchen. With one bedroom and a sofa bed the apartment fits up to three people. It is also part of a modern complex with large common areas and greenery. The complex additionally has a small coffee shop/bar on the ground floor and next-door a bar with one of the best craft beers from Guatemala.
