Tiny house vacation rentals in Guarda District

Adri and Petra are wonderful hosts. They greeted us personally, provided great information and were very generous and kind. We wish we could have stayed longer, as their place is beautiful. We were surrounded by nature, right in the middle of stunning mountains and hills. It was tranquil and peaceful and great for taking long dog walks or hikes. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Paulo was very welcoming & communicated at every stage from booking through to our stay & departure. He was not intrusive but always available if required. The place was immaculately clean, well stocked and very comfortable. He recommended several places of interest that were all worth visiting. The Toy Museum in Seia was a trip down memory lane and the Bread Museum was very interesting. Thank you Paulo for a great stay in Seia. We would highly recommend Paulo’s accommodation.

This place is the perfect getaway to relax, unwind, and be in the beauty of a working farm, but close to the park if you feel like getting out and about. I had difficulty with the directions getting there because I am unused to driving through very thin cobblestone roads because in America, we do not have that, and Rui was completely responsive and extraordinarily helpful every step of the way . When I got to the place, I just felt like it was magical and it was a beautiful and perfect location and I wish I would’ve stayed for a week . I did venture out and see lots of gorgeous highways but coming back to this tiny home just felt like coming back home. The history of the farm is so incredible and the place is just exquisitely done.

Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O espaço é bonito, limpo e confortável. Gostei muito da localização, do silêncio e dos animais da quinta. Bom ambiente para relaxar e desfrutar da naturezauito perto dos incríveis passadiços do Mondego e foi esse passeio o principal motivo que justificou pernoitar nesta quinta.

The house has a unique style and is a special place in the most positive sense. It has everything you need (e.g. well equipped kitchen) and the hosts are always ready, reply quickly and are really friendly. The cons: the house has a pool as shown in the pictures; when we were there it was empty, maybe it’s only full during summer. In the house, it can be a bit cold (in May), there is a small electric heater that warms the house to some extent. The hot water is very limited, we had problems getting two showers out of it. Overall the location is quiet, although you do hear the village dogs barking during the night and sometimes you can hear some car noise from the distant street down the valley which didn’t really bother us a lot.

Nous avons séjourné chez Rui et nous avons adoré la maison, mieux que dans les photos ! la maison est très belle et ne manque de rien, petit panier de bienvenue très sympa,merci beaucoup ! nous avons été avec notre bébé , ils sont préparés son petit lit avec des couvertures et une serviette spécial pour lui, c'est très sympathique de votre part ☺️ maison très propre et très bien aménagé. c'était une magnifique séjour ! on reviendra ça c'est sûr. Endroit paisible et calme à 5 minutes de Trancoso. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu. Le logement était très propre et climatisatisé (c'est agréable au mois d'août). Nos hôtes ont été disponibles et réactifs pendant toute la durée du séjour. Nous recommandons

Endroit parfait pour se détendre. Idéal pour faire de belles randonnées. Il faut juste penser à faire quelques courses avant d'arriver, histoire d'être tranquille une fois installé. Cette location nous a vraiment plu. Merci à Luis pour son accueil et ses explications. A refaire sans aucun doute.

We had a wonderful stay at William place this weekend . Our little hut is exactly as described - very clean, private and comfortable. We enjoyed the nature and the quite surrounding. We also tried the outdoor sauna which is absolutely wonderful. There are many beautiful villages, weekend market and hikes to explore . Willima is a great host and very communicative. Here's a polished version of your note: Just a note about getting there (William's Place and the surrounding area): the mountain roads are winding with many turns and twists, making it a quite exhausting drive. We recommend this place if you want a restful off grid weekend :)

Beautiful outlook, sat on the verandah when we first arrived and then again for breakfast. The landscaping around the cabins, is like walking through the countryside, only pathways cleared to each cabin. Of which there are only four. Was fully booked, but we did not hear the other guests. Comfortable bed, small fridge, microwave, crockery and utensils. When we arrived there was a fresh bowl of fruit, museli , coffee, tea , orange juice. At 0830 hr the next morning fresh bread at reception. Our only problem was finding the cabin, we couldn’t get the google directions to work, but if you entered the address manually it was correct. But we managed to miss the entrance to the lane , which is a slight right past the fire station, down a narrow lane, which changed to dirt for the last 10m , where you park the car.

This is a great place if you are looking for beautiful views, convenient parking, peaceful/ no city noise, relaxing pool, and wonderful hosts. Instructions were very clear and there was a sweet welcoming surprise for us from the host upon entering the unit. The balcony setting is just gorgeous - great way to start and/or end your day. It’s exactly like the pictures, if not even more lovely in person. The host was very responsive and proactively communicated with us about the specifics of the place. I highly, highly recommend a stay here. I know we will be back!
