Our experience at Alexandre and Michelle's house was wonderful! From the beginning, their communication was quick, attentive and very welcoming. The hospitality was amazing, we felt at home from the first moment. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, with a great quality finish and excellent energy in all environments. Every corner of the house is well cared for and decorated in very good taste. The location is great, close to everything we needed. A special highlight goes to the orchard, which is simply charming! Being able to pick fresh fruit and stroll around made the stay even more special. I highly recommend and we will definitely return

We had a wonderful experience in this house! Everything exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is complete, with all the appliances you can imagine — microwave, air fryer, rice cooker and more, all in perfect condition. The impeccable cleanliness deserves to be highlighted, as well as the facilities, which are well cared for, cozy and very functional. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing. And we also had the pleasure of enjoying a 10-star fireplace, which gave a special touch to our nights. We recommend too much and we will definitely return!

The house is very beautiful, the indoor lake and the view are the highlights. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard. I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the bottom is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the directions to get there need to be more detailed with landmarks.

My family and I love the house. Very beautiful. And it has an extraordinary view. We spent an amazing fds. The days were cold, but we still enjoyed the warm pool. What an amazing weekend at Vista do Recanto Itaipava, a super clean, organized, very cozy place. Roberta welcomed us in the best way, always proactive, made all the difference. Unique place, my wife and I love this place. The saddest moment is the time to leave, lol. Just thank you, very top.

The chalet is wonderful, even better than in the photos. The view is beautiful, exuberant nature, peaceful, fresh air. The chalet is equipped with everything of quality, nothing was missing. The stay was perfect and the host gave us all the attention we needed and was always ready to help us. We love and will come back for sure!

We had wonderful days, the house is even better than in the photos, comfortable, with a large outdoor space, our children played a lot. Everything was very clean, including the bed, table and bath linens. Equipped kitchen. Very quiet condominium. Mr. João was always very polite, met our needs, as did Marcia, who received us. We liked it so much that we'll be back at the end of the month.

The place is amazing and the host is a sweetheart! I felt at home and had days of rest. Peace is absolute, a perfect place for those who like nature without giving up comfort. There are many dogs in the neighborhood and we receive many visits from them, we love the company!

Our stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a privileged location for the landscape and also with the convenience of being close to great local commerce. Very well located house in Correias, near the center of Itaipava, with a market very close by. Large, fully linear house, beautiful living room, comfortable rooms and equipped kitchen. Great barbecue place with a pool. Just a tip, there are no bath towels in the house!!

The home of Albanir and Gabriela is on a street very close to the gastronomic center of Guapi. We only overnight. The goal was to arrive early at the Kartódromo. I arrived at 10 pm (Márcia lives next door and received us), and we left at7:30. Everything worked well.

I went with a group of friends and our stay was great! Ideal for those who like nature, with the comfort of a family home. Marcos was helpful from the first contact. He was super kind and proactive. The access road to the house is unpaved, but quiet. Access to the center is fast (about 15 minutes by car) and it is possible to take an Uber, but perhaps at an alternative time it is not an option. Ideally, you should make the journey by car. On the way to the center, there are also market and restaurant options. The only caveat about the house that may bother you is the humidity, which is common in properties in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro. The bed linens and pillows were all washed and fragrant, as were the bathrooms. The kitchen is also very well equipped and organized. In general, the house is beautiful, cozy and charming, the outdoor space is wonderful too. I'll definitely be back!

Our stay was excellent. The house is just like the description and the photos. The place is very nice and the condominium where it is located has a great structure, in addition to being safe. Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above.
