Perfect House for Families! I went with my husband, my four-legged daughter, my parents and mother-in-law and everything was perfect! With 4 spacious and airy suites, all with hot water and super comfortable beds, the stay was impeccable. The house is pet-friendly, very well ventilated and cozy. The kitchen is complete and functional, ideal for those who like to cook. The gourmet areas are a charm in themselves, with a super cozy wood-burning oven that makes any meal special. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful place! We haven't even left the house yet and we're already looking at the availability to come back hehe! Peaceful place, beautiful, I could spend hours describing the qualities. In fact, if Caroline agrees, I'll trade it for my Kwid today! Passionate about the house and everything it and the location offer! We will definitely come back more often. We only have one frustration: the Abacate tree is so close and yet so far away at the same time. My girlfriend really wanted to, but we couldn't reach him haha we could make a good Guacamole with him lol! See you soon 😉

Luciano was very kind, always communicating with us when necessary and concerned with welcoming us in comfort. The house was extremely clean, I venture to say that it was the cleanest airbnb house I've ever stayed on (and it's been more than 30 homes over the years). The towels were impeccable with clean linens, bedding, floors, bathrooms... The super-equipped kitchen, with airfryer, microwave, blender, gril, juice juicer, piqueira, water filter and other things. Everything works properly and very clean. The external space is beautiful, also very well equipped, with refrigerator, freezer, table, chairs, sink and a great grill (which, by the way, we use). The pool is huge and was very clean. In short, the house is beautiful, airy, well equipped, clean, with good beds and with an excellent host. I hope to rent it again until the end of our postgraduate degree.

The house, although old (construction, furniture and utensils) is well located, in a quiet environment. Some rooms smelled musty, but the smell soon dissipated when we opened the doors and windows. The highlight of the house is a sunroom entirely made of glass, excellent for a breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening.

My stay at your mountain home was simply wonderful! The house is cozy, very well equipped and with a breathtaking view. My family and I really enjoyed the stay! We met our expectations. Every detail of the house makes the atmosphere super cozy, perfect for enjoying with the family. The signs around the house with messages "Inspire," "Breathe," "Don't freak out" and the environment surrounded by the beautiful mountain landscape is a great invitation to meditate, rest and recharge. Communication with the owners was also very good, as Andreia and Eduardo are very proactive, willing to help with tips about the region and answering questions. I recommend staying in this paradise. :)

Guedes' accommodation is great. Well maintained, comfortable and quiet amid a beautiful landscape. Guedes is an excellent host, always available and flexible in meeting all our requests. My family and I enjoyed very pleasant days there. One of the rooms described in the listing is on the outside of the house and I suggest making this clearer in the listing. I leave as a suggestion for improvement that the kitchen utensils be expanded for greater convenience.

Our stay at Vila Maria exceeded our expectations in every way. The place is beautiful and the house very welcoming. Perfect to relax and renew the energies. The housekeeper Benildo and the sidekick Fátima, always helpful and very friendly. We'll be back for sure!

What an amazing place! The place has a wonderful structure, the pool is huge, has quiet space for a large group of people, and it has a very wide green area that can be camped as well, the landscape around it seems hand painted so beautiful, me and my guests love the place! It is very close to the center of the city where there is a market, bakery, gas station and much more, I found the location very good in 12 minutes you are already in the market that has everything! It's so cozy and beautiful that it doesn't make you want to leave, we will certainly be back more often. I appreciate the hospitality and the host's proactivity for suggesting contacts of warehouses and snack bars and telling us the local commerce was very useful!

I was with my family we spent a wonderful weekend, the house besides clean has all the kitchen utensils, the homemade and Eunice always very helpful responded and supported us all the time. We love everything and we intend to return soon.

At the beginning of the year we met the house as guests of a family member who rented the space. My family and I really liked everything, the accommodations, outdoor space, cleaning. We decided to rent for a weekend and the experience was even more amazing. Since the first contacts before closing the rent, Patricia was extremely educated and kind, taking all the doubts out, giving suggestions on what to do in the city, informing the operating hours and location of useful services. During the stay, he responded promptly and removed all the doubts that arose, in addition to making checkin and checkout more flexible. The house is perfect, my children loved the period we spent there and we will definitely be back at some point.

It was an excellent weekend in which I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends. Everyone loved the house and the amenities offered. From the first contact, Mr. Guido was prompt, helpful and quick to return contact, as was the caretaker Cristiano, who made himself available to assist us with whatever we needed. It's definitely a stay I'm considering returning to.

The days we spent at the ranch were spectacular. Starting with the attention of the hostess Teresa, always available and cordial, to the reception of Gabi, who welcomed us with the greatest affection and attention. The place is great, it has a good location, shops nearby and the option to order food. The accommodations are good, with clean and fragrant bedding. Very good leisure options, including several games. Enjoying these days, with the luck of having sunny days, listening to the birds and the sound of the river, was indescribable. We will definitely return.

Great stay. We had a very good weekend at the house, which offers all the necessary structure. The barbecue in the living room allowed us to have a barbecue even with the rain and the cold weather. Carlos was super helpful and was available throughout the stay. It was great and we recommend the experience!

We planned a weekend to celebrate my son's 30th birthday, we rented Sitio Parque das Águas, and from the very first contact, even before closing, I was very well attended by Natalia, always helpful with my questions and with very quick responses. Honestly, I have no words to describe what we experienced, and I have no doubt that the space was responsible for everything that happened, a magical place, of course, very clean, with super cozy environments, an atmosphere of light. The check-in was super easy! We were very well accommodated, and there were 30 of us, there was no shortage of utensils, Ana's recommendation helped us a lot, she is great. Recommended! The day before check-in, Sérgio made contact with me and sent me all coordinates on how to get to the house and that helped a lot. The space is wonderful! Everything is well organized and clean! I also recommend, for those who want to enjoy but the time of stay, hire the service of the cook that is very worthwhile. Lots of leisure and calm! Whenever I needed help with something from the house, I received a quick reply from Sergio. I will definitely return at other times!

I had already booked this place before and again it was a great stay. Rogéria, like the other time, attended to us very well and was quick to communicate. The points to highlight in relation to the space are the relatively close location to Rio de Janeiro and the ease of getting there, having many suite-like rooms and air conditioning in all of them, the large and clean pool, the game room, the outdoor area, the showers with perfectly heated water and with great pressure and the layout of the house, which, in my opinion, allows both a greater coexistence between guests and independent activities. I would also like to highlight the kindness of Bruna and Reginaldo and the wonderful meals they provided us. These aspects allowed us to have a family weekend that pleased everyone.
