Two story condo with amazing ocean views from all levels! EV charging station just installed. Everything is new. Main living area is on the lower level and a massive bedroom takes up the entire 2nd floor. Both the bedroom and living room have huge windows looking out towards the ocean. Located in the town of Gualala and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Very fast wifi. For multiple families the unit right next door is on Airbnb as well.
