I was received and had all contact with Vera, who was previously indicated by Rosemary. Vera was incredibly caring, kind and proactive. No host could be better. The apartment is very well maintained and equipped, with a washing machine, microwave, stove, television, fan, etc. It's on a quiet street, but with a lot of activity nearby. I found the rent charged quite advantageous for the guest. I'll probably be back.

We really liked the place. A house in the back, the street is located within a residential area. Host Lucas is a very good and helpful person. The house has a good kitchen with a minibar, stove, and other kitchen items on the first floor. Bedroom, living room and bathroom upstairs. The air-conditioning is very cold, a good double bed, the sofa could fit two more. There is an area to hang clothes and towels on the second floor attached to the room. We recommend it. The house is extremely clean and organized, exactly the same as the clean and smelling photos, towels and sheets, sure to indicate and I will come back more often.. Alessandro always willing to help in some way and always answering our doubts, in short, it was very worth it!

The stay was excellent! The host greeted us very kindly and attentively. My wife, daughter and I spent a month at the residence, and we really felt at home. The place is extremely quiet, surrounded by trees and flowers, it doesn't even feel like we're in Porto Alegre. At the back of the property, there are several orchards, and the host kindly allowed us to pick bergamots, limes, oranges and lemons. We had no problems during our stay, but the host always made a point of asking if everything was okay, showing genuine care for our well-being.

The place is easily accessible, the house is inside the host's property, but individual, the place is very comfortable and everything was clean and organized, a very cozy space.

I loved the house and the place where it is, super quiet facing a "park", we returned to the house after midnight and it was super quiet to enter even at this time. I will return more often for sure.
