This house is amazing, the architecture is so well made it is a modern home with the decor so beautiful. The rooms have everything you need for a good stay for a family trip or friends trip. The location is just in the heart of the city, Alberto and Patty were really good hosts who were available at the time we needed them. The jacuzzi is a big extra to enjoy, the house is well safe with codes to enter and it is just as described. I give it a 10/10

Patricia is a great host and this is the second of her places we’ve stayed. There is an apartment for every type of trip. Make sure to check out what else is available in Casa Miranda! This particular room was perfect for us and even included filtered water. The rooms can get a little warm but Patricia provides everything needed to get through the night.

We stayed in this house rental for 3 Weeks Carlos was the perfect host, very communicative helpful. The house is a comfortable, quirky traditional Mexican style urban house with an open roof (with a metal grate for security). The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. The kitchen is equipped to make meals (but if you're in Guadalajara for a week or less, why not just go out and enjoy). If you want an antiseptic, new, sparkling airbnb, look in Colonia Americana and pay double. The location of the house is like the center of a wheel with all directions a 20 minute walk, west to Cental Historico and downtown, north to Santa Teresita, and east to the Colonia Americana neighborhood. Walking at night is safe. Must go places to eat and drink walking distance from the house: La Fonda de la Noche, 251 calle jesus , a legend of deliciousness. El Habanero Negro for cocktails and innovative eats (10 minute walk) De la O Cantina, for innovative drinks and food, where all the hipsters go.

Really great apartment in Guadalajara, lots of interesting restaurants in walking distance and the house itself was very pleasant and comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at casa Azul! Our rooms were spacious and comfortable and the home had all amenities we could want and then some. Our hosts were super responsive. We had several moments when something didn't go as planned for us and our hosts were quick to help us resolve it. They were so responsive and attentive to our needs as guests. We will definitely look to book again on our next trip to Guadalajara!

Overall, it was a great place! We had a little issue with the shower but we told the host and said they are going to check on it….maybe we weren’t doing it right either.

Es un sitio agradable para estar. La atención de Itsuo es total. Hay limpieza y comodidad pero sobretodo empatía en el trato del anfitrión. A mi, por ejemplo, me apoyó a entrar una hora antes debido a que tenía trabajo y no fue, como casi siempre, cerrado en la hora de ingreso. Vale la pena en calidad-precio.

Checking in was easy and flexible. Apartment looked just like the photos. It was clean. The sofa was already made when I arrived, which I really appreciated. I also took advantage of the outdoor terrace. It was nice to sit outside for some fresh air. The shower pressure was a little weak, but it's not a deal breaker — it’s also understandable. I'll likely check here first for any future visits. It's in a nice location.

Excelente departamento, muy limpio, amplio, céntrico y agradable. Me volvería a quedar ahí. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Muy buen lugar y bastante comodo

Super cool, clean, and stylish condo in the heart of Centro Zapopan. Just a couple blocks from the Basilica and lots of great options on the block from Tombo Coffee, Taqueria Santa Fe (Featured in a Mark Wiens food video), Sultan Chicharron (If you have been to Monterrey, these are like Chicharron Ramos, famous establishment in Monterrey). Liquor stores, mini markets, and just about everything else you could need in a 2 minute walk. Security mans the main enterance 24/7. Kids loved the pool. And a good view of the 'high rise' area of Zapopan. 3 Full bathrooms is great when traveling with children! Martha was attentive to all questions and needs. Had some additional pool towels delivered quickly for the kiddos! And washer and dryer were great! Would definitely stay here again. And a secret door leads to a event room with a fusbol table. Haha.

Excelente alojamiento, el sofá cama es muy cómodo así como la cama en la habitación. Hay dos pantallas, una para ver en el sofá y otra en la habitación, lo cual es un plus. El jacuzzi muy cómodo y relajante, con agua templada y totalmente limpia. El balcón es muy cómodo para sentarse a platicar mientras disfrutas la vista. Vale totalmente la pena, sin duda regresaré a hospedarme!

Pasamos un fin de semana muy cómodo en el departamento, tuvimos que llamar a Isidro para preguntarle unas cosas referentes a la estancia, siempre fue muy atento y dio solución a todo lo que se presentó

Un muy buen lugar para quedarte. Muy limpio y muy flexible con el check in. Sin duda regresaríamos!

El departamento coincidió con lo anunciado, Santiago siempre atento y respondía rápido. Incluso nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de entrada. Todo estaba limpio y funcionaba bien.

Excelente trato, instalaciones muy limpias y coincidían con las fotos, lugar muy agradable, Alejandro siempre al pendiente. Un buen lugar para descansar con muy buena ubicación para pasear e ir de compras!

Excelente ubicación y atención por parte de Abril

Excelente ubicación!, el departamento estaba super limpio y contaba con todo lo básico para pasar los días. Cesar fue un excelente anfitrión!, siempre contestó muy rápido los mensajes y muy amigable. El departamento tenía buena conexión a internet para trabajar. Aunque la alberca estaba super fría a pesar del calor que hacía jeje pero estaba agusto. Y lo único negativo fue el trato de algunos guardias al querer ingresar, eran muy sangrones a pesar de mostrarles la pulsera al principio. De ahí en más todo excelente, super recomendado

Sergio y su equipo son personas muy lindas amables, cordiales y atentos, hemos tenido oportunidad de hospedarnos con ellos en diferentes alojamientos y siempre es una experiencia muy grata y para nosotros es calidad garantizada, los lugares muy completos limpios entre otras cosas si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse con ellos no lo duden.

Had a great stay. The place was private, comfortable, and had great views. Everyone at the reception was super friendly and helpful. Best of all, the location is unbeatable — close to everything from downtown to Andares and Chapultepec. Tons to do nearby. Highly recommend!
