Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Achtung: Für größere Gruppen ab 8 Personen steht ein weiteres Apartment nebenan (100qm) mit weiterem Schlafzimmer, 2x2m Doppelbett, Küche und Bad zur Verfügung.

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

The perfect destination for everyone! My house with 3 apartments is located in a fog-free and sunny location in a small idyllic Allgäu village between Lindenberg and Oberstaufen. Enjoy your vacation here in my cozy apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and the two bathrooms are also ideal for 6-8 people. Enjoy a stay in our Masionetten apartment with balcony and mountain view. The apartment is comfortably furnished and perfect for up to two adults and one child. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

[2] Vacation apartment on the organic farm

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. Until March 2024, organic hay milk was produced. Now, due to our retirement, we limit ourselves to raising cows and producing hay for organic hay milk. The cowshed can be visited by appointment during the winter months. Families welcome! A baby bed & high chair can be provided. Outdoor furniture can also be used. Also a swing and sandbox.
