Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance in a new development area. Construction work is currently taking place on the neighboring property! The price varies by number of guests. It applies to the indicated number of guests. Our house is the perfect base for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature. Here you will find peace and quiet in the midst of the mountains. A place to feel good. In summer, you can start leisurely hikes right outside the front door. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all cable cars for free, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, ski slopes, cross-country skiing trails and beautiful winter hiking trails await you in the midst of snowy nature.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.)
