A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The perfect destination for everyone! My house with 3 apartments is located in a fog-free and sunny location in a small idyllic Allgäu village between Lindenberg and Oberstaufen. Enjoy your holiday here in my cozy apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and, with the two bathrooms, is also optimally suited for 6-8 people. The apartments are about 90 m² and can be optimally used by 1-8 people. I look forward to your visit.

[2] Vacation apartment on the organic farm

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. Until March 2024, organic hay milk was produced. Now, due to our retirement, we limit ourselves to raising cows and producing hay for organic hay milk. The cowshed can be visited by appointment during the winter months. Families welcome! A baby bed & high chair can be provided. Outdoor furniture can also be used. Also a swing and sandbox.

Sweet Old Town apartment

The cute old town apartment is centrally located in Isny im Allgäu. Public parking (additional charge) is nearby (ex: the city wall). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance and also bakeries, clothing shops, bars and a cinema are very close. Various hiking trails, bike paths and cross-country trails start in the village and are well-signposted.
