Veličina cijele vile je 220 metara kvadratnih te raspolaže sa velikom terasom za sunčanje i balkonima u gornjim sobama. Vila je opremljena sa svim potrebnim kućanskim aparatima što daje osjećaj komoditeta. Donja soba raspolaže velikom garderobom umjesto ormara što omogućuje dodatni komfor. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
