Vacation rentals with a patio in Groveland

My significant other and I stayed here with our 10 month old son. We had a great experience as it was very close to Disney, nice amenities, quiet neighborhood and very close to a grocery store which was a plus for us. We would absolutely stay again!

Have booked several times and stayed in multiple units. Have always found Garry’s rentals to be impeccably clean & well stocked. The beds are so comfortable as well!!

Beautiful place! The location was lovely as well, right next to the lake and park with restaurants nearby.

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

William’s place was a great base for exploration of the Lake Apopka area. The apartment was very clean, well air-conditioned (in an Orlando-area early heat wave), the bed was comfortable, and close to the restaurants of Winter Garden. Sunset over the lake was steps away, and all-in-all, a beautiful, restful place. While we didn’t take advantage of golf-cart rental, William offers that too and that would have been a fun way to get around the area. I recommend William’s place to others and will look for his availability again in our next birding adventure to Orlando!

Walt’s place is absolutely perfect! We have been wanting to check out the Villages and the Spring House was perfectly located to see everything. The home is immaculate, well decorated, and had everything we needed plus! We even used the golf cart and had a wonderful time! Thank you Walt for being such a good host!

I came to the area for work and treated myself to living in my favorite childhood fantasy for a week. The hosts put a lot of effort into this house to make you feel like you were in your own Hogwarts! Everything was very detailed and clean, neighborhood was safe and peaceful and the pool was a great place to cool off and watch the sunset and wildlife. Would def recommend for families or any Harry Potter fan! Thank you guys for having me!

Very beautiful home with awesome amenities! We loved the themed rooms and the large space to accommodate our family. Vitor was in communication with us the entire stay and always checked in to see if we needed any additional assistance during our stay. Would highly recommend this listing to friends and family and come back to stay!

Place was clean and was a good location for a wedding that I was going to. Also some good eats close by. The only small complaint was only 2 trash bags in the place and used those up pretty fast and had to go get our own. But that’s pretty minor and not enough to outweigh what I think was a very good stay and location. Good backyard too. My friends were also impressed for the bang for your dollar for the place. We all had a good time and enjoyed the stay

The photos didn't do this home justice! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and provides you with anything and everything you would need to feel right at home. The hosts are quick to respond and helpful to accommodate all your needs. This being said, they communicate well before hand with clear instructions how to get your guest id. Be sure to read everything they send, so you can take advantage of all the great things around the villages. If we're in town for a basketball tournament again, we will definitely choose this home! El alojamiento es tal cual lo descripto y aún mejor. Con facilidad acceso a la autovia directa a universal y Disney. Las instrucciones para ingresar fueron también muy claras haciendo sencillo el proceso de check in. Estaba reluciente cuando ingresamos y contaba con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y sentirse como en casa. Es amplio e ideal para 5 personas Ellis fue muy responsiva a nuestras preguntas y siempre contestó de inmediato. Sin dudas lo volveríamos a elegir para regresar! Gracias!!

We had definitely a great stay at Diogenes’s place. Very easy to find, quiet, peaceful lake view in the back and tons of sunlight in the apartment. We spent most of our nights on the balcony. Place is awesome would definitely stay again! Thank you Diogenes !!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
