No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

The Fisherman's Cottage

This house is on the ground floor in the historic center of Mola di Bari. It was renovated in 2015 by recovering two rooms used in the past as a storage for the fishing nets of one of the most famous fishermen in the area: my father. It has two entrances: a main one on Via Duomo 19 and a secondary one. It is close to restaurants, the sea, pharmacies, bars and nightlife. Cliff on the Sassi

The apartment, located in the upper part of the Rioni Sassi, has a separate entrance with some steps and is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), a living room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed, the masonry kitchen with majolica tiles, a laundry room with washing machine, a terrace from which you can admire a breathtaking view. From the house you can easily walk to the main historical and artistic attractions of the city.
