Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Groton

This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

Kristin was a great host! The guest suite and bathroom were beautiful and clean, self check-in was easy, and the location was perfect - very close to fantastic restaurants and just a short drive to Mystic Seaport Museum and Mystic Aquarium. Communication was great - Kristin and Ed reached out with helpful directions and information, they were very responsive, and they gave us some wonderful recommendations for local restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it if you are visiting Mystic.

Our family enjoyed the stay very much. The location was so close to downtown Mystic. The home was cozy and comfortable!

Enjoyed our time at Jason’s house. My family really enjoyed the warm pool along with all the pool toys. Our host provided good information as well as being responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and beautiful.

We stayed here for a week for our daughter’s graduation from the Coast Guard Academy. It was perfect. Great walk from the academy, all sidewalks, very safe area. The location is on a short dead end Street so you don’t have a bunch of cars driving by. The house itself is beautiful. It is bigger than it shows in the pictures. The yard is bigger and the deck is bigger than the photos show as well. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. I can’t say a single negative thing about it or offer anything to improve. I’m still amazed at what we got for the price that we paid. And the hostess is wonderful. Very quick response time for any questions that we had.

This place is an excellent location, a short walk downhill to Mystic Pizza and downtown. Given parking/traffic, it's great to be walkable. The house is ideally set up, with 2 large bedrooms on the bottom floor with a full bath, ample living room/kitchen/dining on the main and then 2 more bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. There were games left - Life, Jenga, Dominos, etc - which my toddler really enjoyed. Greogry and Julia were very responsive hosts and even provided kid-friendly restaurants which was very helpful.

This property is just as described. Fantastic location for getting all along the shoreline and so quick and easy to restaurants and shopping. The beach pass was a great bonus. Host communication is excellent. Price is right.

The house was absolutely perfect! It was set up for families looking to get away. They were super proactive in letting us know the check in and check out processes. It was absolutely wonderful to not have to question expectations.

Loved the location of this apartment. Very close to everything but a few blocks away so quiet. The kitchen and living area was comfortable as was the master bedroom. The other rooms worked out well too. Would just note it’s a rather steep staircase up to the second floor.

Marianne’s place was very nice. It suited my wife and I just fine. Clean, fresh, and just the right size for the 2 of us. Parking was VERY convenient and the location was perfect. Everything worked well - door lock, water pressure, lighting, TV, Internet - no problems at all. We had a very nice stay.

Great spot to stay in Mystic. Clean, comfortable, and easy to reach from the train. Close to the downtown with lots of great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Nick’s place was great! Stayed there for a night with my husband and two kids (ages 2 and 4) while visiting Mystic, and the location was perfect - just minutes from the seaport, the aquarium and downtown restaurants and shops. The space was clean and open, and there were plenty of beds to accommodate our family. Nick was very responsive and the whole process was very easy!

Bill’s place was nothing short of fantastic. He was very friendly and accommodating and the location is perfect. Nice and secluded, but also a super short walk or drive to the downtown. Everything we would want to do was conveniently located nearby. Very clean and lots of amenities to use to make the stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Beds were very comfortable. Took me a minute to find lights in bedroom but I didn’t look for them until it was already dark. Little kitchen table…and a bit wobbly but it was clean. Bathroom had large walk-in shower which was quite nice. Simple/easy Airbnb.

Our stay was peaceful located in a great place , the home its self was perfect if we come back next year we will book this place again

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

We stayed in town for an event at Mohegan Sun. The flexible check in was helpful as we got in late at night. The place was clean and welcoming.

Had a beautiful, relaxing stay! The place was peaceful and quiet; it was perfect for unwinding. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and hot tub, which made the weekend feel extra luxurious. Would definitely stay again!
