Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

There is currently only a sanitary facility in the neighboring building, for which you have your own access. There is a separate bathroom, shower on the upper floor. Wenn man mal ein paar Tage einfach runterkommen will, ist das hier genau der richtige Ort. Wald, Ruhe, frische Luft – und ein Tiny House dem es dennoch an nichts fehlt. Der See ist ein paar Gehminuten durchs Grüne entfernt, und es war perfekt, dort kurz die Welt um einen herum auszuschalten. Perfekt für eine Auszeit mit der Partnerin oder der Familie. Der Gastgeber Marvin war genau wie man ihn sich wünscht… unkompliziert, freundlich, mit guten Tipps und einem offenen Ohr. Er wohnt selber in der Umgebung und bietet seinen Gästen die Möglichkeit seinen Lebensstil nachzuerleben. Klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir mal wieder dem hektischen Alltag in Berlin entfliehen müssen.

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Appartement, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Anja und Marko haben an alles gedacht , inkl Kaffee und Tee. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem und die Altstadt und Hochschule in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Danke auch für den späteren checkout und die super Kommunikation. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.
