The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location (directly opposite the police). The apartment is a shared hallway. You have the apartment for yourself and all the sanitary facilities. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking is available either in a public car park a few meters from the building or directly under the windows of the apartment. Apartment is fully equipped. As sleeping options, there is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. 1 parking space is in front of the house. Storage space for bicycles is possible on request. The area is well suited for hiking and biking. We hosts are happy to help you.

Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The staircase is a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

The apartment on the 2nd floor is very brightly designed and has everything you need to feel comfortable. 2 TVs, 1 x with 43-inch diagonal and 1 x 32-inch diagonal (living area/bedroom) allows you to relax. You will stay about 150 meters from the city center, but still on a quiet side street. Everything you need for groceries is 80 meters away. Fast WiFi is of course free of charge. Lots of restaurants within 300 m.

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
