We have a small forest, animals, horse riding, carriages, bonfire/grill, swimming close by. Forests & large Pond next to us. Your own vegetable garden... Families enjoy nature, peace & freedom here. By car we are 8ks from Gorlitz DE & 10ks to CZ border. 1hr from Dresden, 2hrs from Wroclaw, 2.5hrs to Prague and 3hrs from Berlin.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

Vacation home "Zur Schmiedebrücke"

In this stately surrounding house from 1833, a comfortable vacation rental to their vacation guests. The high-quality furnished apartment offers plenty of space on 2 levels. The large garden area makes for a lot of fun in sports and games. There is also the covered, cozy terrace with solid seating and the fire pit for long evenings under the open sky. A garage is at your disposal for your vehicle. The house is quiet and in the historic town center.

Welcome in our apartment „kleiner Faktor“! Stylish and spacious, fine colours from Farrow&Ball, art and high-quality furnishings, floor heating, a real box-spring bed and an Italian espresso machine. Small terrace in front of the large south-facing window, another one in the back, towels made of Lusatian linen, the crockery is hand-painted Polish pottery. And all of this on 50 square metres, where even a wheelchair can be comfortably manoeuvred.

A cozy 70 sqm attic apartment over the rooftops of Sebnitz, the silk flower city, awaits you. The apartment has two bedrooms, one big living room, shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the newly furnished kitchen, you will find a Miele dishwasher, in addition to the induction stove, a Miele dishwasher. You can park your car directly in the free private parking space behind the house. 2 charging stations for your Tesla are next door.

Furnished in the style of the 1960s and located majestically on a hill in the mountain resort town of Waltersdorf in the Zittau Mountains, our residence "Am Sonnenhübel" offers a total of three holiday apartments. It offers excellent views of the town center and the former imperial post office. The property has a large parking lot, a playground and the nature park garden right one footsep outside.

Sunny duplex with 3 beds, bedroom with double bed, shower room, gallery with another bed, living and dining room with small kitchen, 1 pull-out sofa bed and toilet (floor plan in the photos) My place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). In the property there are a total of 4 apartments with a total of 18 beds available. Some pull-out sofas are also available.

2 bedroom apartment with breakfast included

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
