Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

From here you can reach the historic cities with their cultural monuments such as Coburg, Bad Staffelstein, Lichtenfels, Kronach, Kulmbach, Bayreuth, Bamberg and Nuremberg as well as the Frankenwald low mountains, Franconian Switzerland, Fichtelgebirge and Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.

Coburg's Veste, its castles and museums host important art treasures. Full of history and culture, this picturesque town with its excellently preserved half-timbered houses and youth style villas. In one of these you will find our apartment.
