It was important to us to maintain the original character and combine it with today's living comfort. Regionality, sustainability and individuality were our compass. Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Located directly on the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike tours and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian surrounding area offer many attractions and leisure opportunities. The kitchen has a dishwasher. If necessary, two guest beds can be provided for children. Linens and towels are provided.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
