Bright + quiet apartment with south-facing balcony in the beautiful south of Leipzig. You will be staying on the 5th floor, have an unobstructed view from the Fernster (into the large, quiet backyard) and already in the morning best sunshine. Apartment is located near Connewitzer Kreuz with direct access to public transport / Rewe + Lidl is right around the corner. In 5 min you are in the forest; by bike in 15 min on the lake. (The apartment is only since Oct '23 online » 20% for the first 3 visitors.

The apartment is really very central. The tram is only 150 m away. By tram no. 4 / 7 you can get directly to the center. The bus stop is one block away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat. We have a 100,000 internet line where you can surf the internet comfortably.
