The 60 sqm guest apartment with its own entrance is located in a detached house in a quiet location in Heilbronn-Ost. You can park a car in the courtyard in front of the facade, in front of the apartment, or also free of charge on the street in front of the house. When booking, please let us know if only the bed or also the sofa bed is needed for sleeping. Charging electric cars is only allowed after agreement and payment of 0.43 EUR/kWh. The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. Very nice, newly furnished apartment just 4 km from LUDWIGSBURG Castle and the beautiful Italian market square, with the baroque Christmas market, cozy cafes and restaurants and many shops. The 1.5 room apartment is very quiet and close to vineyards and nature. Very nice for walks or jogging. Nevertheless, Ludwigsburg can be reached in just a few minutes and Stuttgart can also be reached in 30 minutes.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
