A steep staircase leads to a loft with a double bed. The entrance area (lower level) is located with a glass front facing the courtyard. The bathroom, kitchen and gallery have windows to the garden. 6 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn subway station to Frankfurt (about 30 minutes to the city), good connection to the A3. Currently 2G!

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Küche über die man in das eigene Bad kommt. The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt.
