Ivy Cottage in North Yorkshire Moors

Newly renovated cozy stone cottage with fabulous views in Egton village on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. Two local pubs. Great for walkers, with the coast to coast trail at Egton Bridge, and numerous moor walks nearby. A 10 minute drive to the coastal town of Whitby. A 15 minute drive from a number of beautiful beaches and cliff walks. Well behaved dogs (and owners) welcome Wi-Fi provided. Open staircase and internal steps. No under 16s. Friday is our cleaning and changeover day.

Pretty cottage situated on the village green in the heart of Castleton village. Open fire for creating a cosy night in & perfect for exploring the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. Castleton is lucky to have two great pubs The Downe Arms with fabulous food and atmosphere right across the road and The Eskdale which serves lovely ‘fine dining food’ but also lovely just for a drink. There’s the Old Chapel Tearoom, Premier & ‘Off the Scale’ shop We are also along the Esk Valley train line to Whitby

Keepers Cottage Egton Bridge

Keepers Cottage is part of the Old Mill, and is a highly commended cottage located at Egton Bridge, which is a North York Moors National Park conservation area, on the coast to coast path near to the coastal town of Whitby and ideal for exploring the moors, the Yorkshire Coast, including Scarborough, Bridlington, Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay. In addition Malton, Pickering and the City of York. North York Moors is officially designated as Dark Skies Reserve right on our door step.

The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. There is an outside seating area and private parking.

Birch House Farm

Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave). There is a double hammock and a BBQ fire pit area outside. Perfect for a quiet break in the countryside. Couples only. No children. No dogs allowed.

The Den, beautiful 2-bedroom Cottage

The Den is a beautifully decorated terraced cottage on a working farm, in the village of High Hawsker between Whitby and the beautiful Robin Hood's Bay. The quaint village of Hawsker is a perfect spot for people wishing to enjoy the natural beauty of the North York Moors, the stunning Yorkshire coastline and the Cinder Track which runs from Hawsker down to Robin Hood's Bay. Also perfect for exploring the bustling fishing town of Whitby which is just a couple of miles down the road.

Crumbleclive Cabin

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!

Dark Skies Den

Tucked away in the heart of the countryside, this charming shepherds hut offers a secluded escape surrounded by rolling hills, ancient woodland and open meadows filled with wildlife. Rowan Cottage Sleights

Rowan Cottage is a light, bright, three bedroom cottage. The cottage, which was once the village police officer’s station and home, accommodates up to six people and offers beautiful views over the delightful Esk Valley. Rowan cottage sits within the beautiful village of Sleights, nestled between the seaside town of Whitby, and the ever changing North Yorkshire Moors. The cottage offers a perfect base for exploring the area, and is well connected by road, bus and rail.

Barn conversion with spectacular views - Lapwing

This is a modern barn conversion housing two cottages. Lapwing is a two bedroom cottage sleeping four. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen/ living area with underfloor ground source heating and a wood burning stove. Flat screen TV and a DVD player. Complimentary tea, sugar, coffee and milk on arrival. In the shower room you will find shower gel, shampoo/condition, body lotion, hand soap, cotton wool and toilet roll.

Wedgwood crockery and Royal Doulton crystal glassware, Dualit toaster and kettle, Panasonic breadmaker, Neff appliances, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, SMART TV, Netflix, DVD player, Apple iPad for music streaming with bluetooth speakers, and Apple music. Full heating throughout. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.
