We had a lovely stay, apparently quiet and pleasant, all comforts!

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

Stay offered to my parents, they were delighted. Very friendly welcome by the owner, very clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation, good location. Perfect, they highly recommend it. All that was missing was the sun!

A very nice apartment overlooking the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The property is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and downtown La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The property is also within walking distance of the train station.

We were welcomed by Nathalie and her husband. A great welcome with the little extra of a Vendée brioche and a bottle of local wine. The rental is great with good bedding close to downtown with all its shops without the accommodation being noisy A big plus with the bikes available. Don't hesitate to rent it. Pascal

Our Host, Celia, was pleasant, accommodating, available, gave good advice and was punctual. Stay, too short of 2 nights, spent with 7 adults and 1 baby, in a very nice house, very well equipped (The baby kit was present As agreed, upon arrival). Clean, spacious house, arranged with taste and originality, where you can feel good and where it is pleasant to stay. Good bedding. The beach located about 10 minutes' walk away is beautiful and the water is beautiful blue and green colors. 5 sea swims in 2 days, although the sea temperature was between 15 and 16 degrees.

The accommodation is perfect, worthy of a 4-star hotel. Everything is well thought out and done to feel good and have a pleasant stay. Probably one of the best Airbnbs I've ever had. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

We had a great time without any problems, everything was smooth and simple. the residence is very well maintained, the pool is very good, whether it is indoor or outdoor. The team in charge of the maintenance of the residence is also great.

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

We had a great time at Élise and David's. The accommodation was very clean, well-equipped, quiet and really nice. Perfect for a few days with the family and our baby. Everything went very well, the communication was simple and smooth. A little extra that could be useful for future guests with children: a high chair would be welcome, but it's just a detail. Thank you again for hosting us, we highly recommend this place.

Vincent’s place was a dream. We loved the beautiful pool area and the place had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Conveniently placed near to shops. We spent a day at Puy du Fou and it’s only 35min by car. We only spent two nights here on our way down to La Rochelle but would definitely recommend!

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

Very well located accommodation with stunning ocean views. The equipment is very satisfactory and faithful to the description. Smooth and cordial communication with Corinne, remotely. We were greeted by his dad, a friendly person.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Maryse is a very nice and available host and she is also very accommodating for check-in and check-out when possible! The apartment is ideally located. We rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus. We highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very eager to return to La Rochelle in this very beautiful property, tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 min to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good hosting. The market next door is a good point!
