Great location. We walked everywhere. Quiet area and the apartment was a good fit for me and my fiancé.

What can we say about this beautiful penthouse apartment in San Sebastian? As advertised, it is simply gorgeous. Located in the Antiguo neighborhood, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby without the need to leave the area, if one does not wish to. The beach is a few minutes away from the apartment and the view from the terrace is incredible. Maria and Jose Mari were both responsive and helpful in every way. We will definitely return to this true treasure.

Great location for local food and beach. Short walk to old town and the bus station. Very friendly area. Very comfortable apartment and clean. The street outside is lively at the weekend so if you are planning on sleeping early take ear plugs, however we loved the hustle and bustle. Miren was lovely, and helpful. You won’t be disappointment with the area or apartment. Thank you

We had a great stay at Mentxu's place. Mentxu was really helpful and his instructions for finding and checking in were very clear. Apartment was really clean when we arrived. Had everything we needed (washing machine and tumble dryer came in more handy than we expected). Despite being only a short walk from the busy town and beach the apartment is in a very quiet area. Our only negative is that the main door to the block of flats has an automatic close mechanism which causes the door to slam loudly whenever any of the residents of other flats come or go. Don't know if this is just the way the closer works or if it is possible to get it adjusted to be quieter. Overall we had a great stay and would stay at Mentxu's again if we return to San Sebastian.

The location was amazing and the host is so kind!! One thing we were worried while staying there is it was hard for us to take shower in two bath rooms at the same time since hot water was limited any time.

This was the perfect place: amazing location (all the top places in the Old Town are walkable from here); 1 block from the La Concha beach and boardwalk, convenient (great groceries, restaurants, pharmacy) all in the neighborhood. Romantic place for a couple!

Nekane and her daughter offered us their services and advice throughout our stay. the apartment is very nice, loft style, large volumes, all comforts, many amenities. Parking spaces nearby. 10 minutes by car from the city center in a very quiet area. Great stay with good weather and warmth!

Beautiful home with high class style. Half block to the sea and walking path to city. Was a lovely place for a family as each room is on its own level so it gives adults some privacy from kids. Beautiful and elegant highly recommend.

We stayed in Ana's apartment for 5 nights. Check-in was in person through a representative. There is a garage that is sufficient for a normal-sized car (station wagon). We always traveled very conveniently by bus (very close by) to the beach and the old town. There are cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment is large and great. We felt very comfortable and the value for money is good. Ana gave information in advance. Thank you!

Exceptional view overlooking the Sare valley, with breathtaking scenery in good weather. The cottage is large, authentic, and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 10 people. The proximity of the GR allows you to consider a hike to the Rhune, then return to rest with peace of mind. We recommend it!

Amazing and clean two bedroom apartment with self checkin. Fermin was a great host and supportive with quick replies. He guided us and provided several recommendations. Such a perfect location. Close to San Sebastián but beautifully situated in the mountains nearby. We loved our stay and can’t say enough about Kontxi and her family. So kind, so sweet. We’ve stayed at many, many Airbnb’s but Kontxi’s home will always hold a special place in our hearts. Maybe this says a lot about the Basque region of Spain and those who live in this amazing place. We spent a week here with our daughter, her husband, and our granddaughter and were very sad when we had to leave. Thank you Kontxi!

very clean home the amenities are recent very peaceful cul-de-sac there is a door to the bathroom! much more convenient easy to find, parking for the perfect vehicle air conditioning/fan are essential in the listing where it's hot A trip that went perfectly well.

Well-equipped accommodation, as described, and which perfectly met our expectations. Responsive host and very flexible check-in and check-out by his mother, who also gave us good advice on things to do and not to do in the area. Interesting location with private parking, which is a plus in summer.

A great spacious apartment within walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants! About a 30-40 minute walk into the old town but a really nice walk along the beach. Highly recommended Denise apartment!
