The apartment is located in a pedestrian street which is a recognized pintxos area and meeting point after work. Just in front of the main door there is a gym for those who want to play sports; the beach is at the end of the street for those who want relax and surf; and business travelers are next to the Kursaal Convention Center. Those who come with children have a small park at a 1 minute walk and another park much bigger at a 2 minutes walk. There are 2 nearby supermarkets and 2 parkings.

Beautiful flat, recently refurbished, very bright and quiet. One minute walk to the Zurriola beach. It has a lot of restaurants, bars and fashion shops. It is a neighbourhood with a wonderful atmosphere. My small flat of 60 meters, is interior but being a sixth floor has a lot of light and is very quiet, is decorated very simple but is clean and cozy with good heating and hot water. It has two lifts and a lift for people with disabilities and to carry heavy loads such as suitcases etc..
