Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Unwind in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house located right by the ocean, on secluded part of our garden. Lung, harmonious, and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three persons. It is nice to add a boat at our dock if you want to bring a boat. Well behaved dogs welcome, but wish they sleep in their own bed.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man lillstugan so then was used as a small farm dwelling, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain magazine. In the early 1980s, it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy a large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach.

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.

Relax with the whole family or your friends not far from the Baltic Sea. Our cottage invites you to leave the stressful everyday life behind you to use the free time to recharge the batteries. Surrounded by numerous Astrid Lindgren attractions, moose parks and beautiful coastal towns you can vacation in the beautiful nature. In summer the water calls, in autumn the mushrooms and in winter mostly the snow. Here you can go on vacation all through the year.

Cottage on the seaside plot in the Västervik archipelago

In Västervik archipelago lies beautiful Gränsö which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of 2020. On a unique sea plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh cottage of 56 sqm, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms+ sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in open plan with a fireplace. The cottage has a total of 5 beds. WC with shower and washing machine.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Discover the unique and romantic off-grid home on Ingebo Lake. Self-sufficient with solar cells, own water and earth toilet. Cook in the nature in the outdoor kitchen, take the rowing boat to the private island with swimming, barbecue and fishing opportunities. A lovely place for relaxation far from the nearest neighbor. The property has two bathing jetties, one on the island and one on the shore.
