The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transportation, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (stabij). Other: is on the ground floor, free parking.

Cottage on the Paterswoldse Meer

Directly located on the Paterswoldse lake, this beautiful wooden cottage, the last part can only be reached on foot through the park. Enjoy the tranquility, no noise from cars and the beautiful views over the water. Or go out on the water with a canoe or boat. The cottage is heated by a gas heater downstairs. A warm sweater and slippers are recommended in winter. It is not allowed to have parties or make a lot of noise here.

Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.
