This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

The Old Wedding Hall

Comfortable, cozy apartment in former wedding hall of old town hall. Monument: boutique style. On the water, between the Damsterdiep and Eemskanaal. Near nature reserve Kardinge and city center Groningen (5 minutes walk to the bus stop and about 20 minutes bus ride. By car between 10 and 20 minutes plus parking time) A lovely place, nice to be alone or together.
