The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
