Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. It is located in a quiet location in a green environment with natural shade, on a cascading terrain. It is a 2-minute walk from the clean crystal sea, which is partly reached by stairs. The center of Nečujam is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. In front of the cottage is a terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors or simply relax in a romantic intimate environment.
