The living room has a comfortable sitting area and a warm wood stove. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Outside you will find a bathtub under the stars and a spacious terrace to have breakfast or end the day. Ideal for couples or families who want to combine comfort and nature. Close to various mountain bike routes, ideal for athletic use.

This newly built forest villa is located in the middle of a green oasis of silence, relaxation and tranquility in the wooded hills of Groesbeek. From this detached house, you can enjoy hiking, biking and/or mountain biking. The spacious villa has an area of 110 m2 and 3 bedrooms and is surrounded by a large garden adjacent to the forest. The plot of over 500 m2 has two private parking spaces, so privacy and space are guaranteed. We warmly welcome you for a wonderful vacation!

Kitchenette with hob and microwave is suitable for preparing a simple meal. You can store bicycles under the canopy in the enclosed garden.

The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

A spacious, quiet and barrier-free vacation home in villa park "De zeven Heuvelen" with a spacious, sheltered garden behind it. A good base for all kinds of hiking and biking opportunities. Groesbeek is a cozy village with many amenities and is located in an area with beautiful hiking and cycling areas, such as the Bruuk, the Millingerwaard, the Ooipolder, Germany (Reichswald). The Freedom Museum is within walking distance and Nijmegen is a 10-minute drive away.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
