The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

Deze nieuw gebouwde bosvilla staat midden in een groene oase van stilte, ontspanning en rust in de bosrijke heuvels van Groesbeek. Vanuit dit vrijstaande huis kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en/of mountainbiken. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van ruim 500 m2 heeft twee eigen parkeerplaatsen, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

The Old Glass Factory

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Close to all nature reserves around Groesbeek, within walking distance of the center, 10 km from Nijmegen and near the German border. Lovely private accommodation with private terrace. Completely new and modern, attractive, comfortable. Private entrance, private bathroom, toilet and kitchen corner. Our guest suite is 250m from the bus stop to Nijmegen. The forest is also only 250m away. We are both hobby chefs and vinologists, so we can also provide delicious meals if desired :-)!

Knusse studio in Berg en Dal, Netherlands

Nice cozy independent studio in Berg en Dal on the outskirts of Nijmegen and the woods (less than 500 m). The starting point of the famous N70 hiking trail is 1.5 km away, the studio is close to the route. Ideal location for (hiking) sports in the woods, a visit to Nijmegen city center or for overnight hospital visits. 3 km to the center of Nijmegen with the bus stop for line 8 300 m away. The three hospitals of Nijmegen are 1.5 to 6.5 km from the studio.

The forest house is a luxury vacation home of (+-80 m2) on a plot (+-400 m2) with lots of privacy. From bustling Nijmegen to extensive walks that you start from the house. Mountain biking on the trails (located right next to the house) to dining nearby. There are a lot of possibilities!

The studio is located in the quiet Brakkenstein district, surrounded by beautiful nature and forests, just a 5-minute walk from the university (Radboud Nijmegen) and close to the center.
