Apartment for Large Groups of up to 8 People This well furnished apartment offers 90 m² of space with two bedrooms, a living room (can also be used as a bedroom), and accommodations for up to 8 guests. A fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, Netflix, air conditioning, and a balcony ensure maximum comfort. Located just a 3-5 min walk from Dachau train station, you can reach Munich city center in about 20 minutes. Parking is included! There is also a second shared shower in the basement.

The S-Bahn Station "Gröbenzell" is 5 Minutes by walking away and it takes 20 minutes to go to the inner city. I try to do my best to make my guests feel home and get in touch with our local sights, beer and culture. You'll have a kingsize bed for 2 persons (180cm x 230cm), one queensize bed (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons and one more floor mattress (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons to sleep. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The holiday apartment 'Sam's Homestay' is located in Gröbenzell and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. An extra mattress is available for a fee; please contact the homeowners in advance. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Peace and quiet at Lake Waldschwaig

Quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden view. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for a maximum of 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are provided. The barbecue and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I myself live on the property and deliberately keep it clean and quiet. Retreats are occasionally held here.

Apartment in the basement - newly renovated

The fully equipped apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station. The apartment is located in the basement, but daylight comes into the room through the two windows. The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. Shops for daily shopping and various restaurants can be found within a 15-minute walk.

Cozy 2-room apartment on the upper floor + attic with front yard in a quiet, safe location in Gröbenzell. Parking on the street. Due to steep stairs not suitable for children under the age of 6. Good connections to Munich: S-Bahn in a 17-minute walk; from there, 20 minutes to downtown. Shops are within an 8-minute walk. Nearby swimming lakes. Ideal for city travelers and nature lovers. At least 2 wheels can be used.
