This was by far the best Airbnb throughout our travel in Iceland. Very cozy, very tidy, surrounded by beautiful nature and perfectly located near nice hiking spots and Selfoss. The highlight definitely was the hot tub, which was already heated when we arrived. It really felt like a little home and we’d love to come back some time.

The cottage has a good eba for 2 adults 180x200. A TV that can be watched on dvd and connect to a wanderer. The kitchen has a table with 4 chairs and a stove. The stool has a nice grill and chairs. A short walk to all services, just a 10 min drive to Selfoss. A beautiful setting sits on Álfta Lake, a short walk to the Kerið, the Golden Circle, and other natural wonders in the south. My place is close to The Golden Circle and the Highlands. The place has picturesque view. You can see Hekla, Eyjafjallajökul, Langjökull through the windows of the cottage. Closed to the cottage is Skálholt church, one of Iceland´s most important historic sites. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the hot tub. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Only 2 km to Health service. If you have back problems we have a soft mattress for you.

Beautiful location on a farm. We were welcomed by a sweet dog. The cottage was clean and big enough for 3 people. The sofa bed is comfortable and easy to unfold.
