This nice, comfortable and relaxing cottage is ideally located in the golden circle in the South coast of Iceland. It's a great location to see the Northern lights /Aurora Borealis if the weather conditions are right. The cottage is one area and has double bed (160x200cm) and a sleeping sofa. We provide linen, towels and soap etc. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. We have a baby crib and high chair for your children. Great for outdoor hiking to amazing places and great dark spot in the winter for Northern Lights viewing. A 4x4 is important to access the house in the winter

Pálína Cottage Studio

Pálína Cottage Studio is a new accommodation in the Golden Circle, well locate. There are two apartments in the house, each 20m2. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is private. In winter you can see the northern lights. It is close to all the main natural gems of South Iceland: Þingvellir, Skálholt, Gullfoss, Geysir and many more Children, infants and toddlers are not allowed. We want our guests to have peace and quiet and to be able to enjoy their time in a peaceful environment.

Our newly built second home is located in Útey 2, by the Laugarvatn Lake. Útey 2 used to be an old farm and is around 720 acres (320 hectares) and have been in the family for generations. Most of the south side of Lake Laugarvatn is part of the land so you can have complete privacy. You can take a long walks in private, go paddling in our double seated canoe, relax in the hottub with tens of km. of unobstructive view, watch the birdlife and even try your luck fishing for trout.
