I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

The entrance features a welcoming porch with a white bench adorned with floral cushions. Lanterns are placed beside the steps, and firewood is neatly stacked nearby, surrounded by greenery and colorful flowers. The door displays a house number for easy identification.

Our stay at "Der Waldwiesen" was great. The highlight was the cozy fireplace. The kitchen is excellently equipped and invites you to cook together and end the evening with a good meal. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and thought out in detail. The property offers just the right mix of comfort and feel-good charm. We enjoyed every minute and are looking forward to our next visit!

Very pleasant stay. Marita and her husband are very nice hosts. The accommodation has everything you need and is also suitable for longer stays. Due to the rural location, a car is advisable in order to be as flexible as possible.

We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and surroundings are a dream. In the suburbs, you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. There was even a small cake and some nice greetings to welcome us. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the surrounding area. Leipzig Zoo is 40 minutes by car. Sachsen Therme [Saxony thermal baths] - 20 minutes Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastically located. Unfortunately, there is no sidewalk on the road to the house. After a short stretch along the road, there are good walking paths. We recommend the place.

The property is in a very quiet location, but you can also get to Leipzig quickly. There are many grocery stores available. The furnishings of the apartment are of high quality. Everything is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nancy is super sweet and took great care of us. We were very happy to be her guest, and would be happy to come back.
