The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The cottage (35 m²) has: - a bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe - a living room with sofa, table, chairs and TV - Bathroom with shower - a mini kitchen with a hot plate, fridge and microwave - a garden with furniture for comfortable sitting It is quietly located in the south of Leipzig between the city and Neuseenland. Connection to public transport is available. The Agra exhibition grounds are only a 10-minute walk away. No animals are allowed out of consideration for subsequent guests.

In this flat, the "attic charm" could be preserved, Leipzig can be seen from the window in the living room. The living room has a leather couch and a Smart TV including Netflix. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The flat has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second is with a 1.40 m wide single bed as well as its own TV. There is a bathroom with shower as well as a second mini bathroom with toilet and cold water sink. Free high-speed WiFi.

Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
