A new cozy 3-bedroom apartment on the coast of Lake Issyk-Kul, the first shoreline (50 m). The apartment is on the first floor, with its own small courtyard and terrace. In winter, the apartment is completely heated(warm floor), there is an additional heater. The house is located on the territory of the sanatorium "Kisha Vzmorye", which makes it possible not only to get a wonderful holiday on the shore, but also to receive complex treatment. The cottage is located in the recreation center "FOUNTAIN", in the village of Karara Oi (Dolinka), 3 km from Cholpón Ata. You have private apartments on the 1st floor of the cottage, with private entrance: 1st bedroom - a large bed, a locker for things, a mirror, a bowl, an armchair. The 2nd bedroom is a large bed + a folding sofa, a chiffonier, a mirror, a pedestal, an armchair, an ironing board. The studio hall (combined with the kitchen) is a large folding sofa + a short sofa, TV with satellite TV and DVD.

A flowing river is surrounded by dense greenery, featuring various trees that line the banks. The sky is filled with dramatic clouds, hinting at an impending change in weather. The movement of the water creates a lively atmosphere in this natural setting.

Asel was a great host was very helpful and was great at communication. The house is in amazing location only couple min walk from the beach. Will definitely come back again

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house area was very spacious with a very cute playground for the kids right on the house's premises. The outside area is well maintained and quite spacious as well with a garden, a lounge area and a dining area. The person managing the place was very responsive via messaging app. The kitchen had most of the utensils one would need for at home cooking. Even though we were staying when the night temperatures were already quite low, there was heating which was great. There is a market across the road which was quite convenient. Overall, great stay for a large family and value for money!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was welcoming and responsive, making sure all our needs were met. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. We had a small problem with WiFi but it was quickly resolved by the host. The location was perfect, close to beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay for a big family. Definitely planning to return!
