Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

It was a wonderful experience! Allison was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure everything was alright. She even made some yummy strawberry muffins! The Airbnb was a charming and cozy escape in a lovely small town. The thoughtful touches were truly appreciated and I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bloomington!

I would recommend Laurie’s property for the following reasons: **Clean and comfortable: Her home was spotless and had a high-end feel to it. **Location: Her home was close to IU. However, it felt like an oasis with it being located in a quality neighborhood with large lots and wooded areas between homes. **Communication: Laurie was always responsive and made checking in and out very easy. **Amenities: Laurie provided everything and more during my stay. Besides several coffees from which to choose, she even had fresh milk and yogurt in the refrigerator for breakfast if needed. I would definitely stay here again. Well worth it at every level.

Jonah’s place was great! We had the most relaxing time. The house is exactly as advertised, if not better. It’s beautiful and peaceful. It was very easy to baby-proof for our 18 month old. It was so easy to get into both Bloomington and Indianapolis for various activities we had planned. It was also fun to just hang out at the house. The steam shower was amazing. The laundry machines were helpful to have, especially with a toddler, and there was detergent and fabric softener available. There were plenty of towels, as well as extra blankets, which was nice as it was unseasonably chilly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay again.

This home was absolutely stunning. I knew it would be beautiful from the pictures but it was even more incredible in person. Unbelievable quality and thoughtful, homey details throughout the entire space. Very spacious and comfortable. Could have easily stayed there a week! The owners were wonderful, from checking in with me as soon as I checked in to quick communications throughout and even a homemade lemon cake upon arrival! For those visiting Indiana University, it’s an easy 10 minute drive. I’ve been using Airbnb for years and have stayed all over the United States, Paris, London, Costa Rica, etc. - and this is hands down one of my favorites. I plan to stay there again. 10/10 on all levels!

Cool house in convenient walking distance to IU. There is a binder that tells the history of these kinds of houses in Bloomington and how the owner restored this one to preserve its legacy. Malcolm was proactive in explaining things about the house like the lighting, and he has the kitchen nicely stocked with coffee fixings. The listing shows that the back wall is all glass which is beautiful but exposed just so you know. Enjoyed my stay very much.
