Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

The “Altstadt,” where the apartment is located, is an easy bus ride from the train station, making everything accessible without a car.

Here the church bells ring, the rooster crows, tractors and cars are on the way and sometimes also the "good country air." Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Mit dem Zug von Bad Endorf sind es ca. 50 min nach München oder Salzburg.

Rest and relaxation for the whole family with views over green meadows to the mountains. The newly built 100 m² apartment is located in an old farm in the Inn Valley. The apartment is very rural and is 3 km from Rott am Inn. The popular "Rotter Ausee" is nearby. The Inn cycle path from Engadine to Passau leads almost past the house. The apartment is a good starting point for trips to the Chiemgau, Wasserburg, Rosenheim or the mountains.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

Modern, bright and ground-level apartment for two people. Ideal for a stay in beautiful Chiemgau. The accommodation is part of a detached house with separate entrance and private terrace. We are a young family with a toddler who is discovering the world - occasionally it can be a little more lively. We look forward to seeing guests who don't have a problem with this :)
