This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

Located in the countryside, in the town of Bully, a small charming village on the banks of the Loire, on the Chemin de Compostelle. We offer a refurbished single-family home, with two terraces, one of which is covered, and a carport (which can accommodate cars, boats, etc.). -> Adult foosball.
