Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Chocolate Box Country Cottage on Village Green

This cottage is set on the edge of Newnham Green and is one of the oldest cottages, dating back to the early 1500s. It is chocolate box cute, with roses around the door and filled with antiques and vintage furniture and homewares. The village pub is a short walk across the green and Tylney Hall is 10 minutes walk away and there are lots of walks to local pubs. We have a football goal and a table tennis table outside and a pool table and darts board as well as a log burning stove.

It is 2mins walking distance to the historical High street where you have all the shops & restaurants you will need. The cottage itself is situated in the Bury near the church offering a quieter experience. We have onsite parking for two small cars and a secured garage with a four cycle bike rack.
