This is a lovely and spacious studio room in the heart of Grey Lynn. Set inside a grand villa, this private light-filled room features a comfortable super-king bed with luxury sheets and towels. This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and deck. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
