Spacious apartment with expansive water views. The large, covered deck is the prime spot for catching the afternoon sun. NO GROUPS/PARTIES. NO SMOKING. Generous open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining, 3 seater sofa and TV. The bedroom has a super king size bed - please state in booking if you also need fold out couch for sleeping. Bars & restaurants are nearby so there may be music and noise from patrons. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

We would like to welcome you to our little slice of heaven. We are situated on a 4 aces block in beautiful Whitford east Auckland, with lovely native bush surrounding the property. We have a small flock of the cutest sheep in the world. The apartment is fully self contained with own private entrance and kitchen. 30 mins from the CBD and 30 mins from Auckland international airport. To avoid disappointments please don’t request the farm for functions.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, coffee / tea facilities, microwave and a toaster. No cooking facilities. The laundry in the garage can be used for no extra costs. And if you have kids - we have toys, a high chair, cot and are in walking distance to the beach with a lovely playground!
