Das Apartment besteht aus einem, Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett 160x200 cm, dem Wohnzimmer mit einem Tagesbett das bis auf 160 x 200 cm ausgezogen werden kann, einem 8 qm Bad mit Sitzbadewanne und Dusche sowie einem Küchenteil von 9 qm. Grundpreis gilt für 2 Gäste. Eingeschlossen sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie die Reinigung der Räumlichkeiten. Für weitere Personen, max 2 werden jeweils 33 € aufgeschlagen. Assistenztiere können nicht aufgenommen werden!

The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.

S-Bahn direction Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 min), city center (approx. 20 min) & Airport (around 40 min), Cologne city center (about 40 minutes), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom.

Pretty 2-room apartment

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
