Completely new, cozy 2-room-Apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, Wi-Fi, washing machine & dryer as well as south terrace and 2 bikes including child trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

Check-in and check-out were flexible and straightforward. The location is quiet and the apartment exactly as described and equipped with everything you might need. We stayed with Doris and David for a short vacation and felt completely comfortable together with our children (4 years old). The apartment and especially the kitchen are very well equipped. We have rarely experienced it so lushly. Everything was also extremely clean. There is ample space and we were kindly provided with some toys and a few books. By means of external shutters, the darkening of the rooms is unproblematic. Parking is right in front of the house. Beautiful view from the balcony. In Bad Iburg you can take beautiful walks and easy hikes. Otherwise, Osnabrück with everything needed for shopping and business opportunities is 20 minutes away by car. Communication was always very fast and unproblematic and Doris and David always had time for a short chat. Always happy to come back!

We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. Due to the presence of personal belongings, this home feels like "home". Some things are a little outdated and a little less clean, but the openness of the house and the beautiful garden make it all good. Oliver was very easy to reach and our problem with cold water was quickly solved (even on a holiday/Saturday). The region is also very beautiful for walks and bike rides. Highly recommended.

Two of us spent an extended weekend in Mr. Braun's great apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished, has a great balcony and corresponds in everything to the descriptions. The location in the Kreuzviertel is great and the city center is within walking distance, there were also bicycles to rent, a parking space is in front of the house. Mr. Braun was extremely nice, accommodating and offered his help with everything. The contact with Stéphanie was also very nice, including the good tips. We would come back any time and the apartment is an absolute recommendation.

We had a very nice and quiet time at Silke's. Everything was as pictured, check-in and check-out was easy and clear. Unfortunately, the dishwasher and one of the shutters did not work at the time, which was really annoying (unfortunately, we had no information about this beforehand) and was a bit annoying for two weeks there. However, Seiler took care of it immediately, which was very positive. All in all, however, a very nice and great stay.
