The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms as well as 2 brand new bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom for extra comfort.

Cozy beach house with large garden

With a great location in the middle of Greve C is in 150 meters from probably Denmark's best sandy beach. A good walk along the beach (about 15 min.) leads you down to cozy Mosede Havn, which offers several really good restaurants and an ice cream house with homemade waffles and ice cream. Similarly, station and Greve Midtbycenter are less than 500 meters away, so if you want a trip to Copenhagen C, you are only 20 minutes away by train and about 20 minutes by car. The house is located 5 houses from the beach and is not bothered is traffic noise.

Entire house close to beach and S-train

Rent our small cozy house of 110 sqm with garden and small older sunny southwest facing terrace. Two bedrooms, one very large (we call it the "suite" :) ) + one smaller, possibility of extra bed. Large bathroom from 2023 with two showers and sinks. Clever electric charger. The house is 5 min walking distance from the beach, 3 min walking distance from Karlslunde St - S-train to Copenhagen (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not welcome. Due to safety, the house is not suitable for smaller children.

A modern kitchen is highlighted, featuring a dark countertop with ample drawers and a central island. Wooden pendant lights hang overhead, and large glass doors create a connection to the outdoors, inviting natural light into the space. A dining area with a wooden table and stylish chairs is visible.

Fantastic artisanal country house surrounded by cows and horses 30 km south of Copenhagen. Huge concrete terrace of 100m2, new kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware, espresso machine, bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, 3 children's rooms (two with double beds and one with one bed), large sofa in living room. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom, so there is a walk-through from the living room when using the toilet. Full of personality and personal matters. Surrounded by nature. Close to Rema1000 (supermarket).

Stilfuld og æstetisk villa som kun er 300 meter på rolige veje fra god og børnevenlig sandstrand. Her er alt udstyr til mindre børn, 4 rummelige soveværelser, nybygget anneks, Tæt på København (25 min i bil). Lukket have. Fri parkering! Wonderful beach house close to Copenhagen - 25 min by car - or 20 by train from nearby train station (walking distance). Very spacious, modern and aesthetic. Only 300 meter from family friendly beach. Four bedrooms + annex. Free parking.

Hav en god tur i Danmark i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig. Huset ligger lige ved smuk strand, havn og stort indkøbscenter samt Tog eller egen bil til Københavns Centrum er 24 min. Møns klints Geo center 50 min. Roskilde domkirke 25 min. Hamlets slot 55 min. Kulturelle steder og underholdning er inden for kort afstand. Huset indeholder 3 gode soveværelser og stor stue med åben køkken samt 2 toiletter. Parkering til 2 biler ved indgangen.

A beautiful, bright and child-friendly house in Karlslunde, which is located approx. 30 km south of Copenhagen within the S-train network. The area is scenic within walking distance to both beach, forest and bog The house has a bright living room with open dining room and kitchen as well as access to the terrace and garden, where we have a trampoline, play tower, sandpit and garden furniture. There is a bright bathroom with bath and shower.

Central apartment in quiet surroundings

Private ground floor apartment close to public transport and beach. There is coffee/tea for free use and always clean bed linen and towels. The apartment is bright and spacious and is located in green surroundings 450 meters from Hundige station and a short walk from the water. From Hundige station you can take the E-train and be in Copenhagen in 20 min. There is free parking. Please note my cat will not be home during your stay.

Lovely townhouse 20 minutes from Copenhagen

I love home decor, coziness, and plants, so you can calmly sit back in one of my many Hygge nooks and enjoy it all with a good book and a cup of coffee from my coffee maker that can make an exquisite cappuccino for example. If you want to enjoy nature, there is a lovely meadow just behind my house, where you can go for a walk or sit on a bench or there is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach just out of the way outside the house.

A round dining table is surrounded by four leather chairs, situated in front of large glass doors that provide a view of the water and greenery outside. A potted plant adds a natural touch to the space, which is well-lit by natural light.

Large family friendly house with sea view

Great house overlooking the water and plenty of space. Large kitchen/living room/living room with plenty of seating. From here there is access to a large terrace with lots of sun and garden with the possibility of lots of activities for the children, including in the buried trampoline. 70 meters to lovely child-friendly beach with bathing jetty. Ideal for 1-2 families with children.
