Our beautiful villa is perfect for families with children and couples seeking comfort and tranquility close to both city and nature. With easy access to public transport, forest and beach – perfect settings for both relaxation and adventure. Only a short walk to the station, where you can take the train directly to the center of Copenhagen. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms as well as 2 brand new bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom for extra comfort.

Nice peaceful villa on three floors with 3000 sqm plot. The house has 2 children's rooms (one with a 120x200 cm bed and the other with a 140x200 cm bed and two single beds 80x200 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm.) There is direct access from the kitchen, dining room and living room to the over 100 sqm terrace which is south-facing and faces the fields. The garden has a fireplace, play area with climbing wall, playhouse, sandbox, trampoline, swing rack and many different cars and bicycles.

All in all a nice place for relaxing but still close to all the main attractions in Copenhagen, Roskilde or Køge. 2 cats are living in the house aswell.

Supermarket is 300 m. Situated between 3 larger cities - Copenhagen, Roskilde and Køge. There are several restaurants nearby in walking distance, and a little harbour. Hyggeligt gæstehus tæt ved strand, off. transport, indkøbscenter m.m. Flere restauranter i gå-afstand. Tæt på Roskilde, Køge og København.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Havblik er et hus med sjæl og oprindelse. Navnet stammer fra dengang huset lå mod kysten som et af de første på egnen og var hjem for en fiskerfamilie. Siden er det blevet udvidet og nænsomt moderniseret til et lyst og rummeligt hjem. Her mærkes loftshøjden, de synlige træbjælker og den rolige atmosfære. Huset er ideelt til familier eller par med plads til både samvær og privatliv. De store dobbeltdøre forbinder stue og køkken med den private gårdhave. Kun 200 meter til strand og natur.

Well suited room for students or business travelers. (1 1/2 bed). The House is within close proximity to public transportation, 10..12mn to hundige station from where it take 15 to 20 mn. to Copenhagen central station...about 5 mn. to a big shopping center (waves). The house is within walking distance to a beautiful coast/beach (well sweated for bathing too). Access to kitchen, bathroom  and to the utility room with washing machine... (Max use once every 14 days for stay>7 days)

The private room is located on the 1st floor in an idyllic wooden house. You will have access to the cozy living room and the balcony from which you can see the beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees that surround the house. The house is extremely bright and well maintained and decorated with light furniture. In addition, I take great pride in the fact that the house is always clean and neat. You will have your own entrance to the home.
